Easy trick to being fashionable and cozy is to mix up your wardrobe! Yes. Don't be scared to play around with pieces you have laying around the closet and see what they'd look like together. When I first got these over knee boots I thought they'll never see daylight as they're quite high and it just seemed appropriate to wear them at a nighttime for a night out! Needless to say I was wrong.
I took a risk and paired it up with a chunky knit sweater, as odd of a mix this was it looked great. Open toe boots made the outfit look more casual and sweater with a large handbag helped me dress it down quite a bit.
This sweater is also super chunky and adds texture to the outfit, pairing it up with browns and whites creates a crisp, chic look which I love.
